The first thing you need to do is to increase your twitter follower since by increasing your twitter follower you are also increasing the number of readership. You Twitter follower are your prospective buyer , So if you could get an specified crowd of twitter do so.
As an example is if you like to sell PSP Games, you should be able to get followers who are interested with PSP games. And if you like to sell clothing you should find followers who loves clothing.

So enjoy and start hunting your followers. And if you have to number of quality followers start tweeting your affiliate links.
